The leadership of APC deemed it fit to
establish a radio station, Radio APC, Radio
Chanji, that broadcast basically in Hausa Language with 500kw transmitters
on test transmission from 7:00am-7:30am on 11720khz on the 25meterband
shortwave.
The location of the station is yet to be disclosed
but the broadcast was received and monitored in Kano, Ibadan, Port Harcourt,
Maiduguri, Adamawa, Birnin-Kebbi and Niamey.
The activities aired on the station were basically APC musicals in Hausa language which canvas support for General Muhammadu Buhari, Malam Nasir el-Rufai,
Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Aliyu Wammako
among others.
The station is set to commence 24hours
transmission that would cover APC campaign, pre and post election activities in
Nigeria and other issues related to the party
